These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Sarah Michelle Creative LLC website and services. By using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Session dates are secured with a non-refundable retainer.

Full payment is due before or on the session date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change, but rates are locked in once a contract is signed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeited retainers.

Clients may reschedule once with reasonable notice (minimum 48 hours).

Weather-related reschedules will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2–3 weeks.

Client receives high-resolution files for personal use.

Unedited/raw files are not provided.

4. Copyright & Usage

Photographer retains full copyright to all images.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to print and share images for personal use only.

Commercial use, resale, or alteration of images is prohibited without written consent.

5. Model Release

Unless declined during the booking process, the Client grants permission for the Photographer to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

6. Website Content

All content on this website (images, text, graphics) is the property of Sarah Michelle Creative LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sarah Michelle Creative LLC is not liable for:

Technical failures, weather delays, or cancellations beyond reasonable control

Client dissatisfaction with personal appearance in photos

Loss or damage of digital files due to circumstances outside reasonable control

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.
